Kimberley Abrams-Grove, LCSW

Individual and Couples Counseling

Kimberley Abrams-Grove is a psychotherapist and licensed clinical social worker providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples. In her work with individuals, Kimberley helps to uncover how painful issues from the past, negative thoughts, and destructive behaviors may be creating internal blocks. These blocks can impede individuals from living authentically and becoming their best potential self. Kimberley helps her clients to communicate more effectively in their relationships, and to increase self-esteem by emphasizing a more positive outlook and belief in self.

When couples come in for treatment, it is usually due to a breakdown in communication and trust. This can lead to frustration and dissatisfaction in the couple and an inability or unwillingness to change. Kimberley works with couples by helping them to see each other’s vulnerabilities and to communicate more effectively. The couple learns how to express needs appropriately and listen to each other empathically, which decreases angry feelings and increases understanding and connection.

Please contact Kimberley to schedule an appointment. She looks forward to assisting you with your needs.
